Return Policy

Change of Mind:

If the goods you purchased are completely unopened and unused, you are entitled to a 100% refund within 14 days from the purchase date.

For claims placed after 14 days but less than 30 days from purchase date, ARTEWALL will charge 10% of the order value as operating costs for restocking and resale.

Over 30 days from purchase of products, return and refund would not been accepted.

However, please note that you must return the goods to the ‘ARTEWALL’ warehouse yourself, including products previously delivered by ‘ARTEWALL’.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you have purchased an item that has only been opened but not yet used, and you find any defects or damage, please immediately take photos and send them along with the purchase invoice to artewall.au@gmail.com. Our staff will contact you as soon as possible to discuss returns or exchanges.

Usually, you can get an unconditional exchange or a 100% refund within 7 days of the date of purchase.

For claims placed after 7 days but less than 30 days from purchase date, ARTEWALL will charge 10% of the order value as operating costs for restocking and resale.

Over 30 days from purchase of products, return and refund would not been accepted.

However, please note that customers who pick up their purchases at the time of sale are responsible for returning the items to the ARTEWALL warehouse. Products previously delivered by ARTEWALL will be collected or exchanged by ARTEWALL at your location.

Wrong Products:

If the received goods do not match your order, please do not use or install them. Immediately take photos and send them along with your purchase invoice to artewall.au@gmail.com.Our staff will contact you as soon as possible to discuss returns or exchanges.
