The bending panel 'Scallop 30' is an upgrade from the fluted panel scallop 30. A flexible PVC film is glued to the back of the MDF board. This PVC film evenly distributes stress when the board is bent, making the MDF board easier to bend and less prone to breakage. Bending radii of 150 mm and above are easily achievable.

At the same time, the surface of the MDF board is pre-sanded and primed with the undercoat painting, giving it a smooth, skin-like finish. Users only need to apply a topcoat painting with brush or spray gun, greatly saving time and labour.
